Discipleship – Beth Yeshua

As followers of the Jewish Messiah Yeshua (Jesus), Beth Yeshua Twin Ports takes very seriously all of Yeshua’s teachings left behind in the Gospels of the Bible.

Yeshua’s last instructions followed His resurrection: We read His Words “All authority in heaven and earth has been gives to Me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations,” Mt. 28:18-19

Over the centuries, Yeshua’s followers have endeavored to obey this command by various methods. Whole study centers would even be established to help instruct new and old believers in the Biblical essentials of Messianic faith, “teaching them to observe all that He commanded.”

At the present time there is a virtual wealth of new ways to spread the teachings of Yeshua that the early followers could never even have imagined.

All modern media from radio and TV, to movies, the internet and social platforms are tremendously useful to disseminate everything Yeshua taught. Yet as is often the case, coming back to the basics works the very best of all.

That is what we are doing at Beth Yeshua Twin Ports. We are using the model of one trained/mature disciple matched up with one new disciple. One on one allows for individualized learning and direct accountability.

Our resource for discipleship training is a comprehensive short book authored by Sam Nadler. This book was developed after years of working with believers who knew they needed grounding in the non-negotiable matters of Messianic faith.

Classes are held in person at Beth Yeshua to advance through the material. In addition, there are some old videos of most chapters that a disciple can view to augment their reading and studying. Videos are listed here on this page.
