Approximately 20 years ago, a nucleus of present day Beth Yeshua started meeting in living rooms, onto motel rooms, and church sharing. Back then, we gathered to study the idea and the implication for Christian believers of having their beginning as a sect of Judaism. Actually, our initial study revolved around the Second Temple, its Services and its Furnishings. Everything was teaching about Jesus Christ, and God’s plan for worship and atonement.
A Messianic Rabbi from Minneapolis led our small congregation forward until we were able to stand on our own with leadership spread among multiple Elders. It has been a time of growth for the whole of the Messianic movement across the globe. In the Twin Ports, we move on with God as a small and dedicated community.
